A Letter of
Recommendation
RE: Bonnie E. Sink
It is my pleasure to write
this letter of recommendation on behalf of Bonnie. As her former instructor and
mentor in the area of Phlebotomy, I feel that I have known Ms. Sink for more
than the actual three months of formal training. She stands out as a
professional, diligent and kind individual.
As a student, her grades were
very good, her bedside manners were proper. She successfully completed her 160
hours of phlebotomy externship at Pac-Lab in Olympia, WA. According to her
preceptor, she is “more than capable of running the lab” independently. Bonnie
has improved her confidence; needle-sticks are no longer a fear and feels at
ease with patients.
Now that Ms. Sink has
completed both the didactics and the required externship hours successfully,
she is ready to enter the employment arena. With minimum guidance and proper
orientation, she will be a good asset to any setting.
